Training is focused on developing flexibility and physical endurance.
This session is designed to restore your connection with the body, strengthen it, and cultivate inner harmony. Our focus will be on:
– asanas for balancing strength and flexibility;
– breathing practices to calm the mind;
– attention to sensation that helps you hear yourself better;
– deep relaxation you’ll carry with you long after the class ends.
A slow, mindful practice suitable for all levels.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
If you do not want the trainer to film or tag you in stories, please let him know in advance.
Caution: if training is canceled later than 6 hours before, it will not be returned to your balance.
Classes that start between 7 and 9 in the morning can be canceled without loss from the balance only until 22:00 of the previous day.
