Power
- Training duration — 55 minutes - You’ll need sneakers for the workout. Functional workout involving lots of strength exercises, lasting ten minutes longer than Games, and offering almost no cardio. This workout aims to ensure that you no longer need to go to classic gym to bulk up and shape the shredded body.
Barre TRX
- Training duration — 45 minutes - Takes place in special grip socks These workouts combine popular barre and TRX bands. Barre combines ballet, fitness, and pilates. You’ll do full-body workouts without jumping and running. However, you’ll work out all muscle groups, including the smaller ones that lie under the bigger ones, thanks to special exercises. Smaller muscles are the most difficult to activate, but they help shape graceful arms—like those of ballerinas—and toned slender hips. We enriched the barre elements by adding more balancing exercises thanks to TRX bands. You can now adjust your difficulty level just by changing the angle.
Hot Ass
- Training duration — 45 minutes - You’ll need sneakers for the workout. Hot Ass - a workout where your buttocks will burn like fire. Let's work out the muscles of the legs and hips, and make the shapes even more appetizing. Functional training for the buttocks, legs and thighs. Expect intensive sets of presses and push-ups to target the chest, various rows to build a strong back, and targeted isolation for the biceps and triceps. Bikini Body
Bikini Body is a functional workout designed for balanced full-body development through an effective fusion of cardio and strength training. In just 45 minutes, we target every muscle group using bodyweight exercises and a variety of equipment, including TRX, resistance bands, dumbbells, gliders, and weights. The result: strong muscles, a sculpted silhouette, enhanced endurance, and a high energy level to power through your day. The strategic balance of strength and cardio allows you to effectively maintain peak physical condition. Strong Back
Strong Back is a signature class by Maria Kirey, designed for comprehensive core strengthening and spinal health restoration. This program blends elements of yoga and functional stabilization to create a strong, flexible, and healthy back. Over the course of 45 minutes, you will progress through three essential stages of bodywork: Activation and Warm-up: We begin with gentle mobility exercises for the spine and shoulder girdle.
