Strong Back
Strong Back is a signature class by Maria Kirey, designed for comprehensive core strengthening and spinal health restoration. This program blends elements of yoga and functional stabilization to create a strong, flexible, and healthy back.
Over the course of 45 minutes, you will progress through three essential stages of bodywork:
Activation and Warm-up: We begin with gentle mobility exercises for the spine and shoulder girdle. These movements help open the chest and prepare the joints for the workload ahead.
Strength and Stabilization: The core of the workout focuses on the deepest stabilizer muscles. Through static and controlled exercises, you will develop strength, endurance, and structural stability.
Stretching and Recovery: To finish, we utilize gentle stretching and relaxation techniques to release tension from the back and restore balance to the entire body.
Suitable for all fitness levels.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
If you do not want the trainer to film or tag you in stories, please let him know in advance.
Caution: if training is canceled later than 6 hours before, it will not be returned to your balance.
Classes that start between 7 and 9 in the morning can be canceled without loss from the balance only until 22:00 of the previous day.
