45 minutes on the trampoline with barre-inspired elements.
The jumps elevate your heart rate, while the barre work targets the inner thighs, glutes, and smaller stabilizing muscles — the ones that create definition rather than volume. These muscles are often the hardest to activate, yet they have the greatest impact on shaping your silhouette.

If you do not want the trainer to film or tag you in stories, please let him know in advance.
Caution: if training is canceled later than 6 hours before, it will not be returned to your balance.
Classes that start between 7 and 9 in the morning can be canceled without loss from the balance only until 22:00 of the previous day.
