Reformass Solo

Reformer training helps improve posture, build strength, and increase flexibility. Each session flows through a series of exercises that wake up muscles that lost strength and tone, while releasing the ones that are tight and overworked.
You’ll engage your whole body, with special focus on the deep core muscles that give you a balanced, lean look and strong foundation.
The workout is gentle on your spine and knees, guided step by step by the trainer, with the intensity tailored to your level.
Perfect for both beginners and advanced clients — though not recommended during pregnancy. For class, you’ll need grip socks (available at reception). IMPORTANT: to sign up for training, you must purchase the SOLO Reformass package.
